Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Tender for RCC Road Construction & Urban Infrastructure Works

The scope of work includes:

• Construction of RCC roads on TP Road and Gamtal TP Road, along with all associated small and large roads in Maninagar ward.

• Key deliverables:

  • Earthwork excavation and disposal
  • Sub-base and base course preparation
  • Concrete pavement laying with specified mix design
  • Installation of drainage and utility connections
  • Road marking and signage
  • Restoration and cleanup post-construction

• The work must comply with the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents.

The estimated project cost is approximately 24,999,911.49 INR. Bidders must submit a bid security (EMD) as per tender guidelines, which is to be paid in the form of a demand draft or bank guarantee. The bid offer must include detailed cost breakdowns covering materials, labor, machinery, and overheads.

• Payment terms include an initial mobilization advance, progress payments based on milestones, and a final payment upon project completion.
• All payments will be subject to certification by municipal authorities.
• The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of submission.
