The estimated project cost is approximately ₹25,77,000. Bidders are required to submit a bid security (EMD) of ₹25,770, which is 1% of the estimated cost. The bid shall be valid for 180 days from the bid submission deadline. Payment terms include:

• Advance Payment: 10% upon contract signing.
• Progress Payments: 40% after completion of 50% work.
• Final Payment: 50% after successful completion and acceptance.
