GIFT City Utility Tunnel Maintenance Tender - Operation & Electrical System Upkeep

The selected agency will be responsible for:

• Operation and maintenance of the utility tunnel infrastructure within GIFT City, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Maintenance of firefighting pumps and associated pipelines, including routine inspections, repairs, and testing.
• Upkeep of electrical systems installed in the Fire Station, MMR, and GIFT House, including electrical panels, wiring, and control systems.
• Regular monitoring and reporting on system performance, safety compliance, and incident management.
• Emergency response and troubleshooting for any system failures or hazards.

The process involves:

1. Receiving and reviewing the detailed scope and technical specifications.
2. Preparing and submitting comprehensive bids including technical and financial proposals.
3. Participating in bid opening and evaluation stages.
4. Executing the contract with adherence to stipulated timelines and quality standards.

The agency must ensure compliance with all applicable safety norms, environmental regulations, and quality standards as specified in the tender documents. The work must be carried out with minimal disruption to ongoing city operations and in coordination with GIFT City authorities.

All work must be performed as per the guidelines provided in the RFP and technical manuals issued during the contract period.

The agency must ensure that all electrical systems are compliant with IS standards and GIFT City regulations. The firefighting pumps should meet the specifications outlined in the technical manuals, with capacity and pressure parameters as follows:

The total estimated project cost is INR 57,746,450. Bidders should prepare a detailed financial proposal including:

Payment will be made in installments based on project milestones:

• 20% on contract signing.
• 30% after completion of the first year.
• 50% upon successful completion of five years.

All payments are subject to submission of performance reports and compliance certificates. The bid must be valid for 180 days from the submission deadline.
