2. Loading of PSC poles at Mangrol Pole Factory.

4. Unloading and placement at designated locations.
5. Final inspection and documentation completion.

The contractor must ensure all activities are performed in accordance with government safety and transportation standards.

The transportation vehicles must meet the following technical specifications:

Sequential procedures include:

1. Vehicle inspection and certification.
2. Loading of PSC poles ensuring secure fastening.
3. Transportation following designated routes.
4. Unloading at specified locations with safety measures.
5. Documentation and sign-off at each stage.

All vehicles must be insured and registered as per Gujarat state regulations.

Bidders are required to submit a bid based on this estimated cost, with a detailed breakdown. The payment schedule will be as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after delivery of first batch.
• 30% post completion and acceptance.
