The bidder shall upload a scanned copy of the Tender Fee of Rs. 2,400/- (Rupees Two Thousand four hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft only (cash not acceptable), drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Gujarat High Court (R & B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad, from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank. The Demand Draft must be purchased from the bidders own bank account; Demand Drafts issued from any other account shall not be considered valid.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload a scanned copy of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) in the form of Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) with a minimum validity period of 165 days or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank, drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Gujarat High Court (R & B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad. Alternatively, a valid EMD Exemption Certificate issued by the R & B Department / W.R.D. may be uploaded. The FDR must be purchased from the bidder’s own bank account and shall clearly include the bidders name.
