The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Application of Synthetic Pyrethroid Insecticide in designated areas within the central zone of Ahmedabad.
• Preparation and Planning of spraying schedules as per AMC guidelines.
• Deployment of trained personnel equipped with necessary safety gear.
• Use of approved insecticide formulations ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Monitoring and reporting of spraying activities, including post-spray evaluations.

The process involves:

1. Site assessment and planning based on the tender specifications.
2. Procurement of approved insecticides and safety equipment.
3. Execution of residual spraying as per the scheduled timeline.
4. Documentation and reporting to the AMC authorities.

The contractor must ensure environmental safety, proper disposal of chemicals, and adherence to all applicable health regulations.

The insecticide used must be of approved quality with the following parameters:

The estimated budget for this project ranges from ₹X to ₹Y lakhs, inclusive of all expenses. The financial breakdown includes:

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing
• 50% after completion of 50% of work
• Remaining 20% after final inspection and approval
