• Affidavits and undertakings on Rs. 300 stamp paper, notarized.

The fire tender should include:

• Water capacity: 8000 liters
• Foam capacity: 2000 liters
• DCP capacity: 1000 kg
• Chassis: Heavy-duty, compliant with IS standards
• Pump capacity: Minimum 3000 L/min
• Safety features: Emergency lights, sirens, fire-resistant body
• Certification: Must be certified by relevant fire safety authorities
  Bidders must submit detailed technical drawings and specifications for approval before manufacturing.
