The total estimated value of the project is Rs. 1,83,620.31. The financial proposal must include detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, and miscellaneous expenses. Payment will be made based on approved invoices post-inspection and approval of work done. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 50% after completion of 6 months of satisfactory maintenance.
• Remaining 20% after successful completion and final inspection.

Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 2000/- along with their proposals. All costs must be inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. The bid validity period is 120 days from the bid submission deadline.
