• Provide closed-body Petrol/Diesel driven AC SUV/MUV vehicles with seating capacity of 6+1, model not more than 3 years old.
• Vehicles must be equipped with airbags for front seat occupants as per GOI regulations.
• Ensure all vehicles have valid RC registration, road permits, PUC certificates, vehicle fitness, and comprehensive insurance.
• Maintain regular maintenance and timely servicing to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Operate 12 hours per day covering a minimum of 3000 km per month.
• Vehicles must be fitted with airbags, ABS, and other safety features as per BIS standards.
• Submit quotations for proposed vehicles and undertake indemnity bonds.
• Comply with all RTO and government regulations including GST, PF registration, and Road Tax.
• Provide driver licenses and badges, and ensure drivers are trained and certified.
• Maintain records of vehicle fitness, insurance, and permits for inspection.
