• Air Preheater systems must comply with the standards specified by GSECL.
• Components such as heat exchange elements, fans, and dampers should be inspected and replaced if worn.
• The system should operate within the temperature range of 250°C to 350°C.
• Materials used must be corrosion-resistant and suitable for high-temperature environments.

Sequential procedures include disassembly, cleaning, part replacement, reassembly, testing, and final inspection to ensure system integrity and efficiency.

The estimated project cost is approximately 41.56 lakh INR, which includes all labor, materials, and overheads. The bid submission must include a detailed financial proposal with breakdowns of costs for each activity. Payment terms are linked to project milestones, with an initial advance of 10% upon contract signing, followed by staged payments based on work progress. The bid validity period is 180 days from the submission deadline. Bidders should also submit a bid security deposit of 124,678 INR as EMD, refundable upon successful completion of the project, subject to contractual terms.
