The contractor must ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards. The work must be completed within 60 days from the date of award, with quality assurance and documentation provided at each stage.

The contractor shall coordinate with the project engineer and adhere to the project timeline to ensure seamless execution.

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 50% after completion of rewinding and initial testing.
• 20% after final acceptance and documentation.

All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and certification from project engineers.
