Bidder should be a Manufacturer / Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer Supplier of Various types of Power Contactors of Make C&S to use in Electrical maintenance.(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
If the bidder is a Manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish copy of registration certificate or any equivalent certificate to establish its credentials as manufacturer of the offered Power Contactors
If the bidder is an Authorized Distributor /Channel Partner / Dealer, the bidder shall furnish a valid authorization letter /certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered Power Contactors of C&S Make.
If the bidder is a Supplier, the bidder shall furnish an authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered Power Contactors, of C&S Make., duly incorporating the subject tender notice details in the said authorization letter.
In case the Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter / certificate from the manufacturer, the bid may be considered, if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO / Government Organization / PSU, subject to submission of recently issued(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
In case the Manufacturer / Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier submits the authorization letter / certificate as specified at i, ii & iii above, they shall also submit copies of recently issued / executed orders or performance certificate issued within the last five financial years, (Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
Technical specifications / product catalogue / brochures / datasheets pertaining to the offered Power Contactors, along with relevant technical particulars such as make, type and suitability for the intended application, if any, shall be furnished.
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
The company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason.
Note: i) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii)...
Note: i) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii) If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage, and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. iii) Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv) The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v) Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi) If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. all other terms and conditions are as per Tender Document.
