NTPC Limited Bhagalpur Bihar procurement for Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd equipment (FOB/FOB Destination) 2026

Bidders must be authorized by BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD or its single authorized agency, submit Technical Data Sheets, and include HSN codes with GST. Prices must be firm and cover P&F, Freight, Insurance, GST for FOB Destination. The delivery schedule follows a 25% quantity variation rule with minimum 30 days extra time if exercised.

Required documents include GST registration, PAN, OEM authorization, Technical Data Sheets for all items, HSN code and GST rate, and signed technical certificates. Ensure the bid includes firm pricing and a detailed installation plan; inspection terms are at NTPC Stores.

Warranty is 12 months from the date of installation/first use or 18 months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier. No separate warranty certificate is required; warranty terms are binding on the supplier as per ATC.

Prices must be on a firm basis and quoted on a FOB Destination basis inclusive of P&F, Freight, Insurance, GST. Delivery to the NTPC site occurs after order placement, with inspection after receipt at NTPC Stores.

The purchaser may increase/decrease quantity up to 25% of bid quantity. Additional delivery time is calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; extension may apply up to the original delivery period.

Submit Technical Data Sheets for all offered items, along with OEM authorization and GST/HSN details. Ensure data sheets demonstrate interchangeability with existing NTPC components and fitment without separate certificates.

Only offers from BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD or a single authorized agency of the OEM with tender authorization will be accepted; bids from other vendors will be rejected unless verified.

Materials are inspected at the NTPC Stores after receipt. Ensure packaging and documentation align with NTPC inspection criteria; ensure seamless handover and compliance with terms in ATC.
