Technical Specifications & Requirements

• Work scope includes 3-shift day-to-day pumping operations, sluice valve operation during start/stop or power failure, muck/slurry cleaning near foot valves, pump priming, leakage control via gland packing/tightening of flanges, and assisting fitters for minor emergencies.
• Manpower requirement: 18 semi-skilled workers daily for all 3 shifts across 360 days.
• Delivery/Duration: 360 days from award; quantity/duration may be adjusted up to ±25% as per contract. EMD can be paid via DD or online RTGS; bank details provided in tender terms.
• Payment security: Performance security via PBG or Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) acceptable on SECL Kusmunda account; online payment proof must accompany bid.

• EMD: ₹1,44,800; payment by DD in favor of SECL KUSMUNDA or online RTGS to SECL KUSMUNDA, with transfer details uploaded.
• ATC/Certificates: Bidders must upload all required certificates and documents as per bid documents/ATCs; non-submission may lead to rejection.
• Consumables: Provided by the buyer; bidder to focus on operations and required maintenance tasks within scope.
• Contractual flexibility: Option to modify contract quantity/duration by up to 25% at issue and post-issue; bidder must accept revised terms.
