Tender Notice for Appointment of warehousing, clearing & forwarding agent for KMF to distribute Milk & Curd sachets in and around the state of Maharashtra (Vidrabha region) for a period of 2 years in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The applicant/firm shall have its own cold storage facility of a minimum capacity of 25,000 ltrs

Vehicle insurance, product transit insurance along with driver and minimum one assistant shall be provided by service provider.

The applicant shall operate and develop a market for Nandini Brand milk and fresh milk product in the designated territory.

The firm shall have office premises with adequate space and staff to handle the operation

The applicant /firm shall put all market efforts for appointing distribution channels and to generate sales as per the target which will be communicated based on the market conditions.

Out of the WC&FA Charges quoted per Ltr/KG of Milk/Curd handling is considered in the fixed ratio of distribution: market development & other activity in 35%: 65% ratio.
