Procurement Opportunity: Supply of Packing Materials to KMF Nandini Milk Products Plant Bangalore for a Period of One Year in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Goods/Material (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity/ Value turnover required in any one of the last 3 years

The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, the Goods/Material (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 30% of the quantity / Value turnover required in any one of the last 3 years

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in Performa under Section XI.

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided

Karnataka Milk Federation comes under essential services. KMF is handling MILK procured from Lakhs of Milk producing farmers across the state of Karnataka, which is highly perishable commodity it is of paramount importance to ensure timely processing of the same. In order to ensure timely supply of goods and services and maintain continuous production, the MSE (Micro & Small Enterprises) available registered with NSIC claiming EMD Exemption through KPPP Portal for tender submission should submit a declaration that if technically qualified the prescribed tender EMD amount will be submitted within 3 days of intimation from this office, in favour of Managing Director, KMF, Bangalore. Otherwise the bids of such organization will not be considered for commercial opening.
