Permanent Defence PD Rubik of size 2.55m x 2.55m and 2.10 m height with thickness of interlocking hollow block 25 mm thick made up of high performance polymer concrete Slurry Infiltrated Fibrous Concrete SIFCON alongwith pozzolonic additives and admixture with four column of Square Hollow Section SHS including footing. PD to be construct over suitable PCC flooring of platform. It has 03 Nos of Swivel Bullet proof glass 610x300x72mm with MS Outer frame 750x500 will be provided. One double shutter steel door of size 1100mmx1900mm with 2mm thick MS Black sheet OHP with ISMB 150mmx 75mm and SRT sheets over head protection over ISMBs complete as per following specifications and shown in drawing as per Appx E Store list att as per Appx A and B.

SHS 6 mm thick size 120x120mm x 2.4m long for column with holes made on the top of coln as per design fir fixing G1 Beam and a bracket of 6mm MS patti at the bottom of coln to fix 70mm x70mm SHS with nut and bolt conforming to relevant IS Make TATA SAIL JINDAL or as per Make Appx att

ISMB 150 RSJ 150 x 75 mm G2 2.20 mtr long for beam 2 conforming to relevant IS Make TATA Sail Jindal or as per make Appx att.

6 mm thick MS base plate of size 150x150mm for SHS column including welding knotching cutting and nuts bolts washer etc.

Steel Roofing Trough SRT of size 1630 mm x 613 mm x 180 mm made out of 2 mm thick hot rolled carbon steel sheet conforming to relevant IS complete with set of a spanner OJDE of size 20 22 per 10 Nos of SRT. SRTs shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

LDPE sheet 3 m wide weighing 1.00 Kg RM black in colour and shall contain not less than 2.0 pecentage of carbon black of an average particle size 0.01 to 0.02 micron well dispersed in mass. Sample to be approved before supply

Supply of Swivel Bullet proof glass glass 610mm x300mmx 72 mm thick with fabricated iron frame including necessary locking arrangement in the frame to fix the glass in the loop hole. Bullet Proof Glass Will be made with Raw Glass of ISI Specification duly processed with PVB Interlayer by using Autoclave Process strictly. The bullet proof glass should be uv Resistant 99.1percentage and follow IS 2553 Norms with Part 2 Transparency 70 percentage minimum. The glass should be capable for safegaurd and should not have perforation against three rounds fire of AK47 and SLR Rifle Calibre 7.62 mm from firing range of 10 metres and as per testing norms from Authories Govt Ballistic Testing Laboratory/Institute. The Bullet Proof Glass should not lose it visibility after having hit to first round of fire. Frame Work Made out of 16 gauge steel section for bullet resistant glass will be made square box type for size 750mm x 50mm SHS coforming to IS 4923 1987 and glass shutter shall be made of U channel of size 80mm x 40mm x 40mm x 4mm for fixing of glass with rubber bedding. The arrangement of stainless steel Hinges in window to be in centre at top & bottom portion of glass frame to rotate frame in 360 degree. Two hooks of 10250mm wide shall be provided on both the sides to fix the loopd note on Rubik blocks.

The blocks to be fabricated out of high performance polymer concrete Slurry Infiltrated Fibrous Concrete SIFCON alongwith pozzolanic additives and admixtures. Curing compounds and polymers to be added to acheive desired strength and impact resistance. The compressive strength of the block M 90 Plus and weight of block less than 18 Kgs. 40 per Micro and macro reinforcement in the form of fibers to be added to increase higher energy absorption due to projectile impacts.The gap between blocks to be sealed with special penetrating coating of carbon fibre. The block to provide vertical and horizontal interlocking.

Natural Manufactured Sand confirming to relevant IS 383 2016 Specifications for coarse and fine aggregates. Free from adherent coating hard durable clean and shall not contain clay and impurities such iron pyrites alkalies salt coal mica shale or similar laminates or other materials exceeding the specified limits in IS code aggregates for concrete.
