Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• EMD: ₹30,000; DD payable to Officer Commanding, 9 (I) Mountain Brigade Gp OMC, or online equivalent; proof of DD to be uploaded with bid.
• Delivery/Deployment: Staff service delivery at Mana, Chamoli; site clearance by firm; standard operational hours apply.
• Staff qualifications: Qualified and experienced manpower for the four roles; uniformed and hygienic deployment; background checks if required.
• Documentation: Upload experience certificates, ITR, audited balance sheet, turnover, PAN, GST, and OEM authorizations as applicable; ensure non-duplication across tabs.
• Financial standing: Bidder must not be under liquidation or insolvency; provide undertaking.
• Compliance: Submission of all required certificates; non-submission leads to rejection; at least basic food-safety compliance evidence.
