i) Satisfactory Experience Certificates issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent and Countersigned by the Superintending Engineer or equivalent shall be enclosed duly indicating the experience of erection, testing and commissioning, or O&M of pump motor and their associated equipment. Experience certificates relating to the works executed in State or Central Government Departments or State or Central Government undertakings shall be considered. ii) The bidders should furnish details of their technical capability of the company and technical personnel working with them and equipment avialble with them, along with their bid as set out in Bid document with necessary supporting documents. iii) Technical Requirements of personnel to be deployed for O&M activity.and all other as per tender document Description of Staff Minimum Qualification Supply Electrician for the dam from May-2026 to March 2027 ITI Electrical Supply of Fitter for the Dam from May-2026 to March 2027 ITI Mechanical Supply of work inspector for the Dam from May-2026 to March 2027 ITI Civil Supply of watchman for the Dam from May-2026 to March 2027 (3 Shifts per day) 10th Class Supply of operator for dewatering pumps on the dam from March-2027 ITI Mechanical Supply of operator for spillway on the dam from February-2027 to March 2027 ITI Mechanical The bidders shall also upload the consent letters of the technical personnel to work with the bidder during execution of the work along with qualification certificates of the proposed technical personnel. Failing to comply with the above, the bidder looses the opportunity of engaging the technical personnel and liable for penalty of (SSR x 3 times) shall be imposed for engaging technical personnel by the Engineer-in-Charge and all other as per tender document

. TERMINATION AND DISQUAIFCATION OF AGENCY IN CASE OF a) Furnished false / fabricated particulars in the forms, statements and /annexures submitted in proof of the qualification requirements b) Not turned up for entering into agreement, when called upon. c) Record of poor progress such as abandoning the work, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failures etc. and/or d) Participated in the previous bidding for the same work and had quoted unreasonably high tender percentage e) Even while execution of the work, if found that the work was awarded to the Agency based on false / fake certificates of experience, the Agency will be blacklisted and work will be taken over by invoking clause 60(a) of PS to APSS. f) The tender of the Agency will be disqualified along with the forfeiture of E.M.D. and the Agency will be debarred from future tendering for a further period of 2 years in the event of furnishing of false/fraudulent certificates along with the tender. and all other as per tender document
