To bid, ensure you meet liquidation and financial criteria, submit PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, and EFT Mandate; provide undertaking if not in liquidation; comply with GeM ATC on pricing, invoicing, and PBG/DD requirements; delivery to WED Mankhurd and SRGM Y-12907 scope.

Submit PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, and bank-certified EFT Mandate; attach undertaking confirming no liquidation or bankruptcy status; ensure all documents reflect current business details for GeM vendor code creation.

Delivery terms are fixed until material reaches WED Mankhurd; option clause allows ±50% quantity change; extended delivery period calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period with minimum 30 days.

Invoices must be raised in the consignee’s name with the consignee GSTIN; upload GST invoice and GST payment screenshot on GeM; ensure payment security via PBG or DD as per ATC.

Scope is strictly the supply of goods for Additional Base & Depot spares of SRGM for P15B ships (Y-12907); no services or installation required beyond delivery to WED Mankhurd.

Payment security can be provided as a PBG or as an Account Payee Demand Draft in favor of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited; DD must be delivered within 15 days of award to the specified SBI account.

If quantity is increased or decreased by up to 50%, the delivery period adjusts proportionally from the original last delivery date; minimum extension is 30 days, and the purchaser may extend while exercising the option clause.

Eligible bidders must not be under liquidation; provide PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate; demonstrate ability to supply goods for SRGM spares and comply with GeM invoicing and ATC conditions.
