Warranty period is 2 years from final acceptance or after installation testing. OEM warranty certificates must be provided at delivery. The supplier must support rectification during the warranty and maintain a service network with local centers in India.

Bidder must demonstrate no liquidation or bankruptcy, provide financial health undertakings, and offer new, non-counterfeit items. Must have post-sale service capabilities with installation, commissioning, training and maintenance teams; provide ISO certificates as applicable and OEM authorizations where required.
