The tenders will be evaluated as per G.O.Rt.No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of that particular work.

Self declaration for works on hand (value of B) to be submitted by the bidder in the proforma attached in E-PROCUREMENT platform.

The participated agency should upload turnover certificate with UDI Number issued by Chartered Accountant for the last five consecutive financial years. The agencies without UDI Number will be summarily rejected

Any other documents required as per Tender Schedule.

Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bitts to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

The successful bidder should conclude Agreement duly remitting balance 1 1/2 % EMD and ASD (if necessary) within one week of receipt of LOA otherwise his bid will be rejected without any notice and his deposit (i.e 1% at the time of participating tender) will be forfeited and work will be cancelled and tender will be recalled.
