Procurement Opportunity: Procurement of a chassis-mounted suction machine for Sringeri Town Panchayat in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Manufacturer should certify that they will supply spares and render services for the offered machines, for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of supply. Declaration must be submitted.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last 5 years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years (continuous period of 12 months) a minimum financial turnover of Rs.27.50/- Lakh. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by The Chartered Account (Annual turnover Certificate).

The supplier should have minimum 01 number of authorized vehicle service stations within a distance of 250 km from the place of delivery and the relevant document related to this should be uploaded.
