Submission of GST registration certificate & PAN copies.

Bidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier or distributor having experience in manufacturing or supply of subject material.

If bidder is OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) must submit a valid Manufacturer Certificate.

If Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization letter/Certificate from manufacturer of the subject material

If Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/ Certificate from manufacturer of the subject material duly incorporating the tender notice details.

In case the dealer or supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of the subject material, the bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt./PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to similar makes of subject material and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.

Copies of executed orders (or) performance certificate, issued within the last 5 years (FY 2020-21, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024 ? 2025 (or) latest) for supply of Gland packing ropes to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/ Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc.

Technical literature such as specifications/product catalogues / datasheets pertaining to the offered material along with make.

All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
