Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Hydrant including all pumps, panels, cables, piping , Hydrants etc. , intelligent type analogue addressable Fire Alarm system and Sprinkler system including all pumps, panels, cables, piping, sprinklers etc. at Chh. Sambhaji Nagar Airport for all preventive maintenance and checks as per manufacturers manual including attending to complaints/ Faults/ break down and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of the system, maintenance of all records, documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays and holidays and requirements of manpower as per special conditions of contract etc. as per requirements of AAI.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Conventional Smoke detector with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base and housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

(Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) loop powered addressable Hooter-cum- Flasher strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level in the range of min. 90 db to Max. 120 db at 1M distance complete with termination etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of conventional fire alarm panel , LCD display, suitable for eight zones, complete with visual indications for short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other standard facilities as per IS 2189, complying relevant national fire alarm code for local fire alarm system , complete with all connections. The panel shall have input of 240 volts AC power supply, inbuilt automatic battery charger, 24 volts, 2 X 12 volts, 12 Ah sealed lead acid maintenance free batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal power backup and working, interconnections. The panel shall be UL listed and FM approved.
