Delivery timing follows the original delivery period; if quantities increase or during extended periods, time is recalculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum 30 days. The purchaser may extend to the original duration as needed.

Eligibility requires ISO 9001 certification (bidder or OEM), capability to supply the specified items, and readiness to provide installation, testing, commissioning, training, and any required regulatory clearances. Subcontracting requires purchaser’s written consent, with joint liability retained by seller.
