Only Fenner or Pix belt pulley products are eligible. Bidders must attach OEM authorization and confirm product origin. Deviation lists for any non-standard items should be submitted; otherwise, terms indicate acceptance of all tender terms by the bidder.

Evaluation is on an overall lowest basis. This requires accurate unit rates inclusive of all overheads and taxes. Declarations and OEM documents must be submitted to substantiate the claim towards Fenner or Pix manufacturing, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

Bidder should determine applicable GST; HPCL will reimburse as per actuals or applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the quoted GST percentage. Ensure GSTIN is correctly reflected on the invoice to the consignee.

Mandatory uploads include Not Banned/Holiday Listing, relationships with other vendors, Land Border Form – I, OEM/NSIC/ISO certificates, and a declaration that rates include all overheads, duties, and GST. These declarations support compliance and price competitiveness.

The tender specifies delivery terms as door delivery; however, there is an option clause allowing quantity changes up to 25% during contract, with delivery time recalculation based on the new scope and minimum 30 days, anchored to the last original delivery date.
