Tenderer should hold a valid license issued by the Labor Department under Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970(form-VI) with annexure issued by Labour department

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Registration certificate registered under Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident Act, 1952.

Registration certificate registered under Employees State Insurance Act, 1948

Registration certificate registered under the Goods and Service Tax (GST).

The Tenderer should have successfully provided man power services or similar services for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/reputed company established under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 during the last three Financial Years i.e Financial Years 2023-24 , 2024-25 &2025-26 preceding the last date for submission of Tenders such that the total/ combined man power deployed are not less than 80% of the total estimated number of personnel required to be deployed by the successful tenderer under this Tender)( The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer ).

The Tenderer should have a positive Net worth of (at least 25 % of the amount put to tender Only) as at the end of the most recent completed financial year preceding the last date for submission of Tenders(i.e. Financial Year 2025-26)

The Tenderer should have minimum Average Annual Turnover of not less than two times the estimated amount put to tender from the last three completed financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders (i.e. Financial Year 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26.) (The Tenderer should upload the supporting document as Turnover certificate issued by Chartered Accountant with valid UDIN number)

The Tenderer should have credit facility of not less than Rs. Lakhs (equivalent to the estimated cash flow payment received for Six months. of credit line or letters of credit from the Scheduled Commercial banks meeting the fund requirement
