Bids are Invited For Operation and Maintenance of Super Suction Cum Jetting Machine of 10000L capacity in Hosapete city in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder must submit a valid Labour Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority.

The bidder must submit a valid ESI Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority

The bidder must submit a valid EPF Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority

The bidder must submit a valid PAN Card in the name of the participating bidder.

The bidder must submit a valid GST Registration Certificate

The bidder must submit a Notary Self-Attestation regarding agreement to the terms and conditions as per the bid document, on stamp paper of face value RS 500

The bidder must submit a Notary Affidavit declaring that the bidder has not been blacklisted, on stamp paper of face value Rs 500

For the rates of the manpower component in the tender, the bidder shall carefully examine and quote manpower rates in accordance with the applicable Karnataka Minimum Wages Act and Rules for the current financial year. In case, after the opening of the financial bid, if a bidder has quoted rates less than the applicable Karnataka Minimum Wages Rules for the current financial year, the financial bid shall be rejected. If such a bidder happens to be the L1 bidder, the tender process shall be cancelled and reinvited. The contractor shall upload, on the agency letterhead, a self-attested document agreeing and obliging to the above condition

The bidder shall have experience in the operation and maintenance of a 10,000 Litres capacity or higher Super Suction Cum Jetting Machine for UGD cleaning works for a minimum period of three (03) months. Documentary evidence in support of the experience shall be submitted along with the bid

The bidder must have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs 27.20 LAKH in any of the financial years 2023 to 2025, or in the current financial year up to the date of bid. submission. Supporting documents such as audited financial statements or CA-certified turnover certificates must be submitted as proof.

The bidder must hold the following valid certifications a)ISO 9001 2008 Quality Management System (QMS)b)ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

Bidder should posses valid Firm / Company registration certificate/ Valid PWD Registration Certificate

Employer has right to accept any Tender and to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

Operation and maintenance price shall remain valid for a period of ONE year and as per the performance it will be continued for two years. Manpower charges will be revised annually as per the applicable minimum wages. All other prices shall remain unchanged. The order will be renewed every year at the same price terms, except for manpower charges as revised
