Delivery begins from the last date of a delivery order; quantity increases trigger a time extension calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery days, with a minimum 30 days; the purchaser may extend within original delivery period.

Mandatory standards include FSSAI compliance with valid licence, Good Manufacturing Practice per FSSAI, hygienic and sanitary compliance, IS 3576 for turmeric, IS 2443 for coriander, and IS 13446 for cardamom; packaging must align with these parameters.
