Post-receipt inspection is conducted by CGM/OFMK or their authorised representative at the consignee site. Pre-dispatch inspection is not applicable unless ATC specifies. Ensure packaging quality to pass inspection.

A minimum 12-month warranty/guarantee is required; submit the warranty certificate along with the supplies. Marking and packaging must meet the tender's requirements to avoid rejection during acceptance.
