Bidders should prepare an official Data Sheet matching offered sizes SMALL to XL, obtain OEM authorization, and submit GSTIN-based invoicing. Ensure the Data Sheet aligns with product parameters, and include delivery capability for up to 25% quantity variation at contracted rates.

Submit GST registration, PAN, firm financial statements, experience certificates, OEM authorization, Data Sheet, and invoices in consignee name with consignee GSTIN. Also provide data sheet alignment proof and any relevant authorization letters from OEM.

Delivery starts from the last date of the original delivery order. If quantity increases up to 25%, the extended period is calculated as (increased ÷ original) × original delivery period, with a minimum extension of 30 days.

Bidder bears GST; reimbursement is either the actual GST or the quoted percentage, whichever is lower, subject to applicable rates. Invoices must be raised to the consignee with its GSTIN.

Distributors must submit an OEM authorization certificate with full details (name, designation, address, email, phone) to validate supplier legitimacy and product conformity to Bokaro Steel Plant standards.

A mismatch between the Data Sheet and the offered product parameters may lead to bid rejection. Ensure all technical parameters precisely match the physical goods and any applicable standards.
