Contract Bidding Open For Providing of man power (skilled labours) for Supply & Maintenance of Water Supply & repair Work for the year 2025-26 in TMC TERDAL(Rs. 5664100.00) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder/Agency must attach Valid Labour Registration Certificate

Bidder/Agency must enclose transaction turnover certificate for last 5 years from current year which shall be issued by Charted Accountant 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 with UDIN number

Bidder/Agency must enclose experience certificate duly signed by Executive Engineer in providing similar nature of services to any Govt offices in any one of these years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, 50 percentage of Tender Amount

Bidder/Agency must enclose GST Registration Certificate

Bidder/Agency must attach duly registered ESI & EPF Registration Certificates

Bidder/Agency shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. & provide necessary proof such as latest ESI,EPF paid challans in 2025-26 Bidder/Agency must enclose latest paid one month challan

Bidder/Agency must enclose Line of Credit/Bankers Certificate/Solvency Certificate or Bank Guarantee certificate from any Nationalized Bank not less than of Rs. 1699230 i.e 30 percentage of tender amount

Bidder/Agency must attach difference amount DD from Nationalised bank or Scheduled bank in the name of Chief Officer TMC TERDAL, if the bidder quotes below amount to service charges

Enclose all the required documents as per Standard BID document

For the Service charges, if the bidder quotes the rate 0 i.e Zero percentage rate, such kind of BIDS will be rejected without any prior intimation as per Letter No. IFA/142/Vol-I Dated 27.09.20217 Zero percent included all derivatives of zero upto 0.9999 and thereof.

As Per Labour Act No Bidder should quote below 1% of Service Charges such kind of BIDS are liable for rejection without any prior intimation

Employer is not responsible for any kind of error while downloading the attached Bidders documents, for example naming same name to multiple files

Payments to the labours should be paid as per Dept. of labour rates 2026-27, should be credited to their respective bank accounts and bank statement & ESI-PF paid receipts to be produced while next payment.

Employer holds the authority to cancel or reject the tender at any stage without any prior intimation

The allotted work should not be disturbed due to any kind of disputes arising from the supplied labour, else the tender will be rejected and no further financial benefits will be entertained, and the bidder will be proposed for blacklisting

Do not enclose unnecessary documents which are irrelevant to the BID, which may be liable for rejection

Payment will be made according to ULB financial condition.

If more than one bidder quotes the same rates then successful bidder will be selected by lottery system
