The selected contractor will be responsible for providing skilled manpower for the following tasks:

• Operation and maintenance of Sector No.1 to 13 tubewells
• Office work related to water supply management
• Ensuring continuous water supply and operational efficiency
• Maintenance of water infrastructure and equipment

• Adequate staffing as per project requirements
• Regular monitoring and reporting of water supply status
• Timely maintenance and repairs of tubewells

Process for execution:

1. Mobilize manpower as per schedule

3. Operate tubewells and monitor performance
4. Perform routine maintenance
5. Submit periodic reports
6. Complete project within 6 months

Payment terms:

• 30% advance upon contract signing
• 40% after completion of 50% work
• Remaining 30% after final acceptance
