The EMD is ₹127,650. It must be submitted as bid security in the form specified by the tender, typically online or demand draft, and it is returned after bid evaluation or after contract award as per procurement rules.

If a service centre does not exist in required states at bidding, the successful bidder must establish one within 30 days of award. Payment is contingent upon documentary evidence of a functional service centre.

Bidders must show minimum average annual turnover over the last three financial years, with audited balance sheets or CA/CMA certificate. If the bidder is under 3 years old, turnover is calculated from completed years post-incorporation.

GST must be charged per applicable rate; reimbursement will be as per actuals or the lower of the quoted GST rate. Vendors should ensure GSTIN validity and include GST documentation with the bid and invoices.
