Submit: PAN Card copy, GSTIN copy, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate certified by bank, Non-Disclosure Declaration, and Vendor Code Creation undertaking. Ensure all documents are uploaded with the bid and that GST details align with the latest tax regulations.

Delivery terms allow up to 25% quantity variation at contracted rates. Delivery period starts from the last delivery order date; extended timelines use the formula (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days. ATC may specify final delivery milestones.

GST is to be borne by the bidder; reimbursement will be at actuals or the applicable rate, whichever is lower, within the quoted GST percentage. Ensure GSTIN is valid and match bid data; payment terms will be defined in ATC.

Post-receipt inspection is conducted at the consignee site by a Board of Officer. Pre-dispatch inspection is NOT required per ATC. Prepare to provide required documentation and access for on-site evaluation as part of acceptance testing.

Submit PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, and bank-certified EFT Mandate to create the vendor code. Ensure NDA is signed and uploaded along with the bid, and maintain compliance with all ATC data for eligibility verification.

The purchaser may increase/decrease quantity by up to 25%. If extended delivery is invoked, compute extra time as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days. All changes occur at the contracted rates.
