• Experience: Bidder or OEM must have regularly manufactured and supplied similar category products to Central/State Govt Organizations or PSUs for 1 year prior to bid opening, with relevant contracts to support quantities in each year.
• Inspection regime: Nominated Inspection Agency (pre-dispatch or post-receipt) as per ATC selections.
• Warranty/Quality: Advance sample approval requirement; deviations from approved sample to be corrected before bulk supply; timeline adjustments if buyer delays in approval.
• Delivery terms: As per original delivery order, with option-based adjustments noted above.
