Open Tender for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1)The Mandatory documents to be uploaded by the firms / contractors: a) Copy of PAN Card registered on the name of company/firm/Proprietor and linked to GST registration . b) GST Registration Number along with documentary evidence. For GSTIN holders, the GSTIN should be in the active status and in the name of the firm/contractor. (Those who are not required to be registered under the provisions of GST act should invariably submit a self declaration to the effect). c) The firm/contractor should submit satisfactory certificates for execution of reconditioning works. d) Self Declaration in the given format has to be submitted on the firm letter head with sign of authorised person along with stamp. e) Firm/contractor should have own workshop in paloncha. Municipality Tax /Electricity bill of current month of the firm workshop (as a proof inorder to verify that workshop is currently working) should be uploaded. The Field engineer will visit the workshop before finalising the tender.

1)The contractor should follow the labour laws in vogue. 2)As this work is outside work, hence EPF, GI is not applicable. 3)The estimated quantities are anticipated and tentative; Billing will be done as per the actual quantity of work done. 4)The work should be commenced and completed as per the requirement on instructions of TGGENCO Engineers. 5)The work should be guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of installation. 6)The consumables & spares of the rollers required for the above work are under the scope of TGGENCO (workshop tools & tackles are under the scope of contractor). 7)The contractor should submit the satisfactory certificate for the previous reconditioning works. 8)The contractor should have own workshop and field engineer will visit the workshop in PALONCHA and also the contractor should submit the electricity bill/municipality tax of that month or previous month as proof to know the firm workshop is in working condition. 9)GST will be paid extra on production of vouchers limited to the provision made in the estimate 10)The Contractor has to pay minimum wages to his labour without linking to the payment due from M/S TSGENCO. 11)Contractor/firm should quote item wise rates excluding the statutory payments i.e. for labour and material if any 12)Tenders up to 25% less than the estimate will be accepted, but for tenders which are less by more than 25% of the estimate, a bank guarantee or demand draft for 5% of the estimate value will be collected as Additional security deposit. 13)The work should be carried out as and when required in spells/at a time during this financial year as per the instructions of the section officer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1)Any other timely requirements have to submitted by firm/contractor. However, the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage reserves right to accept / reject the application of the purchaser who falls short in any of the above aspects based on the accuracy / inaccuracy of the case; and the decision of CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage is final in this regard. Any or all the relevant documents shall be produced, whenever demanded. 2)The undersigned reserves the right to alter the above dates; and to reject any (or) all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. 3)If any of the above dates happens to be holiday the date may be read as the next working day 4)The rates shall be quoted excluding GST . 5)If the less rates quoted by the firm / contractor are found to be over 25% less than the estimate value, Additional Security Deposit shall be furnished as desired & communicated by TGGENCO, failing which action will be initiated against the respective 6)Regular PO to the successful bidder can be issued only after fulfilling of all the required conditions including payment & acceptance of Security Deposit, Additional Security Deposit etc., 7)If at any stage it is found that the bidder has submitted a false, misleading or incorrect self-declaration, the bid shall be rejected or the contract terminated at the risk and cost of the bidder, without prejudice. The decision of the TGGENCO is final and binding 8)If the successful bidder, after award of work, fails to execute the contract satisfactorily, abandons the work, shows persistent poor performance, or breaches contractual obligations, the TGGENCO shall have the right to forfeit the EMD and/or SD in part or in full. The TGGENCO shall also have the right to debar/blacklist such bidder from participating in the future tenders of entire TGGENCO/ KTPS VII stage for a period as decided by the undersigned. The decision of the undersigned in this regard is final and binding 9)An amount of 0.01% of total billed amount shall be deducted as per GO.No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025 Dt:1.09.2025 towards Telangana Green Fund
