Tender Notice for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. Deployment of diving team, pumps, compressors, hoses, lifting tools and all required equipment etc including all leads and lifts are in contractor scope and the work to be finished in complete shape as directed by the field Engineer. 2. Contractor shall arrange all the safety appliances required for the subject work to the man power engaged. 3. The works should be carried out as per the scope of the work and to the entire satisfaction of field engineers. 4. The CONTRACTOR shall employ experienced technical staff in fitting and driving field for carrying the work 5. All the safety precautions shall be taken by CONTRACTOR and shall provide necessary safety aids to all its employees as per standard safety code of practice. 6. The CONTRACTOR shall not cause any damage to the plant and equipment of KTPS and to the roads and colony etc. In case any damage is caused to the property of KTPS, the CONTRACTOR shall indemnify for all such damages or losses or the same will be recovered from the bill. 7. The contractor should obtain Insurance for all the personal deployed during the entire period of execution of work. Any expenditure towards the above is to contractor’s accounts only. 8. TGGENCO is not responsible for any accidents for the personal employed by the contractor and the contractor shall indemnify to the TGGENCO/KTPS in such cases. 9. The Superintending Engineer/ O&M/KTPS-V Stage reserves the right to levy penalty or recover suitable amounts for any lapses of the contractor for not following the terms & conditions of tender specifications. 10. For any delay in execution & completion of work by contractor suitable penalty will be levied. 11. The work shall be carried out to the satisfaction of TGGENCO Engineers and as per the scope of work and guidelines issued by the Engineer in-charge. 12. Transportation of spares, consumables from any location of KTPS-V &VI premises to the site shall be in contractor scope. 13. All the T&P required for the work shall by the Contractor. 14. Consumables wherever required will be borne by the Contractor. 15. The CE/KTPS- V&VI Stages is empowered to cancel/postpone the work without assigning any reason what so ever. 16. The contractor shall keep the site clean & tidy and dispose all waste materials as it accumulates in the site and as directed and shall carryout any measures required to comply with healthy and hygiene conditions on completion of the work. 17. The contractor has to arrange cleaning of site by cleaning scrap and debris after completion of work as per the directions of site-in-charge. 18. The contractor has to handover the scrap received to the section officer. 19. The bill of the contractor for the work executed will be passed only on receipt of copies of EPF remittances made by the contractor to the concerned EPF authorities in the independent EPF code No. held by the labour engaged by him against each of work contract also shall be produced to the concerned field officers enabling them to regulate Bills. 20. The contractor should render the bill for the work done and also for the amount remitted towards EPF. 21. The contractor should comply with all statutories like EPF, ESI ,etc before commencement of work. 22. The labour engaged by the contractor should not leave the work site without the permission of the site In-charge and are available to avoid the work delay. If any negligence, misconduct intentionally work delay by the engaged labour the contractor has to be imposed interms of penalty. 23. During execution of the work, if any life risk (or) fatal accidents occurs, TGGENCO will not be responsible any kind of accidents for your labour supplied and it is purely the contractor's responsibility. 24. The quoted rate inclusive of all the amenities to his labor 25. For any delay in execution & completion of work by contractor suitable penalty will be levied. 26. Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of Guarantee period. 27. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025 28. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED. 29. The contractor must take 100 % safety precautions to those who are working at site. If any fatal accident occurs to the workers during the execution of the work at site, TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the any kind of risk is the firm’s responsibility and the firm may take care of it 30. WELFARE & SAFETY: a) The contractor has to observe all the safety measures for the workers engaged and necessary precautionary measures must be taken, in order to avoid accidents, while carrying out the work entrusted, duly insisting the workers to use safety appliances. b). Contractor is responsible for all the accidents and the consequences due to any accidents that take place inside or outside the premises to their workers. The TGGENCO Ltd., will pay no compensation if any, accidents occur to his workers while carrying out the work. Insurance against all types of risk for the contractors workers during the period of execution of the work will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost before commencement of work. 31. The firm is solely responsible for any accidents, damages to equipment, or untoward incidents Fatal accidents during the work. TGGENCO will not be liable for personnel safety, material loss, or tools/ equipment (T&P) during execution. During execution of the work, if any life risk (or) fatal accidents occurs, TGGENCO will not be responsible any kind of accidents for your labour supplied and it is purely the contractor's responsibility
