1.The Contractor has capable to mobilize the required T&P and experienced persons with in short notice to attend the overhaul works. 2.The Contractor must have the experienced Technical Persons 3.The work shall be completed as per the direction of in-charge engineer at site andM/s BHEL/BEST/ABC/or ANY OTHER service persons. 4.The Consumables like Oxygen gas, DA gas and LP gas for the work will be supplied by the TGGENCO/KTPS-V Stage. 5.Spares & other consumables such as welding electrodes etc., will be issued by TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage. 6.The work should be completed within prescribed time during the overhaul period of 2026-27. The contractor has to update the daily work progress and the job must be finished within the time schedule provided by the field engineer. 7.The contractor might be penalized maximum of 5% of work value over any delays or deviations in the work's progress. The delay in the work progress leads to loss of generation or plant availability; hence, to avoid such penalties, it is crucial for the contractor to communicate any potential issues promptly. Staying proactive and maintaining a transparent line of communication with the field engineer can help mitigate risks and ensure the project stays on track. 8.The work shall be carried out strictly as per the requirement & instructions of the TGGENCO/KTPS-V field Engineers and their entire satisfaction. 9.The contractor must take safety precautions and arrange safety appliances to workers, if any fatal accident occurs during the work at site TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the firm may take care of it. 10.The Contractor must capable to arrange the payments (Wages) as per labour rates with out awaiting payments/bills from the TGGENCO. 11.The Contractor must have the valid labour licence, EPF Number and necessary statutory requirements to carry out the work. 12.The Contractor shall take the responsibility for engage and disengage of the labour. 13.The Contractor will able to provide personal safety appliance for labour. The TGGENCO is not responsible for any accidents to the labour engaged by the contractor during the course of work. 14.The Contractor able to take responsible for safety and discipline and execution of work. 15.The Contractor able to arrange labour payments with out depending quantity of work done because the billing or payment made based on work done not for labour supply. 16.The work shall be completed as per the direction of in-charge engineer at site and M/s BHEL/BEST/ABC/or ANY OTHER service persons. 17.WELFARE & SAFETY: a) The contractor has to observe all the safety measures for the workers engaged and necessary precautionary measures must be taken, in order to avoid accidents, while carrying out the work entrusted, duly insisting the workers to use safety appliances. b). Contractor is responsible for all the accidents and the consequences due to any accidents that take place inside or outside the premises to their workers. The TGGENCO Ltd., will pay no compensation if any, accidents occur to his workers while carrying out the work. Insurance against all types of risk for the contractors workers during the period of execution of the work will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost before commencement of work. 18.The contractor should ensure the safety of the workers by providing them with the necessary safety equipment like safety shoes , helmets etc If there is any loss to the TGGENCO’s property due to negligence of the workers employed by the contractor, the contractor has to restore the losses as assessed by the DE/BM/KTPS-V Stage 19.0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/ Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025 20.Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of work.
