Delivery must be completed within 60 Days of order date. The ATC allows up to 25% quantity variation at contracted rates, with additional time calculated based on the increased quantity and minimum 30 days.

For experience, a single order of 35% of estimated bid value or two orders of 20% each, or three orders of 15% each, supported by POs, invoices, or execution certificates from clients in the last three financial years is required.

The purchaser may increase the quantity up to 25% of bid quantity during order placement and up to 25% during the contract at contracted rates. Delivery time extensions follow the (increased/ original) calculation with a minimum 30 days, subject to extended period constraints.
