Pallets must be LDPE construction with defined load bearing capacity, sump capacity, drum compatibility, dimensions (Length/Width/Height), weight, and forklift pockets. A data sheet must reflect these exact specifications and match offered parameters; conformity must be proven via test reports if demanded.

One pallet sample must be submitted for acceptance before supplying the total order quantity. The sample facilitates technical verification against the data sheet and conformity to LDPE construction and spill containment standards set by the buyer.

Invoices must be raised in the consignee’s name with the consignee GSTIN. GST invoice copy and GST portal payment screenshot must be uploaded; GST reimbursement will follow actuals or applicable rates, limited by the quoted GST percentage.

Acceptable test reports must be from Central Government labs or NABL/ILAC-accredited labs. The tender requires on-demand submission of these test reports to prove conformity to LDPE pallet specifications and spill containment performance.

Delivery requires gate passes and driver documentation: valid Driving License, Pollution Under Control certificate, Registration Certificate, and vehicle Insurance. Ensure these documents are ready for entry to BDL premises and secure delivery compliance.
