Scope is restricted to the supply of goods only, covering 9 listed items (engine mounting, ignition coil, water pump, clutch fan, bumper corners LH/RH, siren, drive assembly, 12V bulb). No service or installation components are included in this bid.

If samples show major deviations, the buyer may request new samples or terminate the contract after notifying deviations. All samples required for test are supplied by the contractor at no cost, and bulk supply must align with approved sample specifications.

Within 5 days of receiving the advance samples, the buyer will approve or provide a modification list. If delayed, the delivery period is refixed accordingly and no LD is applicable for buyer-side delays; ensure rapid response to avoid schedule slippage.
