The primer paint shall be one coat of 65micron inorganic zinc silicate followed by one coat of 100 micron HB MIO followed by two coats of acrylic polyurethane each of 40 Microns. Finishing coat shall be applied one before erection and one coat after erection. Total thickness of paint shall be Minimum 245microns dft. The scope includes loading, transportation, unloading and delivery at erection site of all Fabricated structures, erection, alignment and welding of all structures true to line, level, plumb and dimension, including Rectification if any, splicing, site assembly all as per technical specifications and drawings, touch up painting, including Supply of paint, where paint is damaged.
