Delivery terms allow up to 50% quantity variation; calculation of additional delivery time uses (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; extended delivery must align with contract terms.

Product must have valid Medical Device license; comply with MDR 2017 and Drugs Act 1940; ISO 9001 certification; BIS/type test and other certificates to be uploaded; for imports, India-based service presence is required.

Imported products require OEM or Authorized Seller having a registered India office for after-sales service; submit OEM authorization certificate detailing name, designation, address, email, and phone number with bid.
