Bokaro Steel Plant, part of the Steel Authority of India Limited, invites bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a comprehensive CCTV system across the CIS Crushing Plant and loading sections at KIOM, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. The scope covers a wide range of items including 16-channel NVR for CCTV, 4MP Night Vision Industrial Bullet Cameras, 8-port PoE switches, 8 TB surveillance HDDs, media converters, racks, enclosures, UPS, CAT-6 outdoor cable, a 43-inch monitor, fibre cables, and related CCTV accessories. A single contract may include up to a 25% quantity variation. Installation and commissioning must be completed within 3 months of material delivery. The bidder must ensure a minimum 30 days CCTV footage backup and obtain gate passes for on-site personnel. A 70% advance payment is paid after material receipt at central KIOM stores, with 30% upon commissioning. On-site work requires PPE compliance and site visits are allowed prior to quotation. • All items are intended for installation within the KIOM crushing plant and loading sections; site access available for inspection before bidding
• Delivery window: up to 3 months from material supply; option clause allows up to 25% quantity variation during contract
• Scope includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of the complete CCTV system with on-site commissioning

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Delivery time: Installation and commissioning within 3 months of material supply; option for extended delivery time as per clause, minimum 30 days
• Payment terms: 70% of PO value on receipt of material at central KIOM stores; 30% on successful installation and commissioning
• Warranty: 1 year warranty on repaired or replaced parts from installation date
• Site requirements: Gate passes for all workers; PPE compliance; on-site accommodation as per policy; site visit permitted prior to quotation
• Footage backup: Minimum 30 days CCTV footage backup must be ensured
• Contractual scope: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all required equipment and services; major tools may be provided by KIOM as per access needs
• ATC notes: Purchaser reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity by up to 25% at bid or during the contract at contracted rates
• Bidder obligations: Complete SITC within 3 months; ensure on-site safety, compliance with PPE requirements, and timely delivery to KIOM central stores
