Quantity adjustments up to 25% are allowed; delivery time is recalculated as (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum extension of 30 days; original delivery period can be extended within contract limits.

Scope is strictly supply of goods for six listed components: Cover Assembly, Clutch Release Bearing, Rear Suspension Bush Upper Link Frame, Padding Door Assembly, Engine-To-Radiator Rubber Hose, Engine-To-Radiator Rubber Hose (duplicate description). No installation services included unless stated otherwise.

Estimated value is ₹50,000; the remaining pricing and quantity details are defined in the bid document and must align with the option clause and delivery terms for the final contract.

Bidders must show minimum average annual turnover over the last three financial years as per the bid document. Turnover evidence may be provided via audited balance sheets or CA/Cost Accountant certificate; newly formed entities use completed years post-incorporation for turnover calculation.

OEM certifications must be submitted with the bid and again at delivery. If applicable, supplier should provide OEM authorization letters confirming the ability to supply specified components and warranty terms within INDIA.
