To qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have in the name tender capacity. To calculate Bid capacity it will require financial turnover in last five years period ie from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10percent each year. The bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total value. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division & counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the AS PER NIT

The intending bidder should have executed minimum quantity of following critical items of work in any one financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2025-26. The work done certificate shouldbe obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of ExecutiveEngineer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle next higher officer.Minimum quantity executed gear oil 442litrs, Grease552kgs, cadmiumcompund 552kgs.
