A copy of the valid KPWD Class III & above civil contractor registration certificate. Class-III Contractor should be Enrolled under Mangaluru Circle

A copy of the valid Employees Provident Fund EPF registration Certificate.

Each tenderer must pay specified full E.M.D. in the KPPP platform through any of the payment modes as a. Credit Debit b. Direct card c.National Electronic fund transfer NEFT d. Over the counter OTC. Tenders without valid E.M.D. shall be rejected.

A copy of the valid GST Registration Certificate.

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than the two times the amount put to tender i.e Rs. 2.50 crores in any two financial years during the last 5 years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26. In all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only. The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN i.e Unique Document Identification Number along with income tax return should be uploaded.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90Percent of the contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work i.e the Manitenance work that includes Fabrication/Installation of Mild Steel Gates of value not less than 50Percent of the estimate value of amount put to tender i.e.Rs.62.50 lakhs in last five years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26.. The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded

Liquid asset and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.38.00 Lakhs credit lines or letters of credits or certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the banks as per prescribed format enclosed as Annexure I to the notification.

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in the previous 5 financial yearsi.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer,shall be uploaded 1. Earthwork Excavation/Embankment 825.00 cum 2.M20 and above concrete 314.00 cum 3.Steel Reinforcement 5.50 Tonne 4.Steel Fabrication work 14.00 Tonne

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
