Bidders must upload ISO 9001 and BIS certificates, Type Test and Material Test Certificates, and OEM authorizations with the bid. The option clause permits up to 25% quantity increase during contract execution at contracted rates. Delivery time extensions follow a formula based on increased to original quantity, with a minimum 30 days, and extended delivery can be applied within the original delivery period.

A Material Test Certificate must accompany the supplied items. The buyer lab’s evaluation will set acceptance; ensure the certificate covers material composition, batch details, test results, and compliance with relevant standards for each component.
